Document Description
The Project would construct a mixed-use development within four buildings, consisting of 862 residential units (including 12 live/work units and 80 Very Low Income units), 151,800 square feet (sf) of office uses, and 9,700 sf of commercial uses; as well as the development of both common and private open space
throughout the Project Site. A total of 1,613 vehicular parking spaces would be provided within three parking structures and a small surface parking area, as well as 56 bicycle parking spaces.
