The Plan will be a combined Specific Plan and Neighborhood Action Plan. The Specific Plan will focus on improving the 4.5 mile stretch of Stockton Blvd. from Alhambra Blvd. to 65th Street. The Neighborhood Action Plan will focus on prioritizing the needs of the 23 neighborhoods that surround the Specific Plan Area so that residents and small businesses are able to benefit from future investments and improvements. The area covered by the Neighborhood Action Plan is shown in Figure 2 as the Neighborhood Study Area.
