Document Description
The project consists of construction of a new production well and installation of pre-engineered metal building. The new Well 15 will supply water for portable consumption with same production capacity and water quality as Well 6, which was decommissioned. The metal building will be erected on concrete slab sized less than 200 sq. ft. The metal building will attenuate noise and provide security for the well head and electrical equipment.

The replacement production Well 15 will continue to provide water supply for consumptive use. Class 3 allows construction of a new, small facility, production well and metal building. The State confirms that no exceptions apply which would preclude the use of an exemption for this project. The project will not have a significant effect on resources in the area.
