Document Description
The proposed project would include development of the southeastern portion of the project site with a 57-unit permanent supportive housing community and associated improvements, including a central services building providing a leasing office, intensive case management office rooms, a common laundry room, and a clubhouse. The northwestern portion of the site would be used for drainage/flood control purposes and would not be developed with any new housing. Access to the project site would be provided by a new, full-access driveway along Avenue R. A total of 32 parking stalls would be provided on-site. A portion of the proposed development area would be retained as common open space for passive and active recreational uses.
