Document Description
The State Water Board is approving a Water Supply Permit Amendment for the
operation of Madrone MWC’s new Well 04. The well was drilled 6-feet from an existing water treatment facility surrounded with wire fencing in a rural residential area. The well was connected onsite to the water distribution system and treatment facility.
