The Project includes raising the existing roadway profile between 3-6 feet, road and shoulder widening, and approximately 23 culvert remediation, replacements, or extensions related to the widening. The Project is limited to vegetation clearing and grubbing, tree removal, placement of fill on the bed, bank, and/or channel, grading of the beds and banks, dewatering, and concrete pouring.
