The scope of work includes rehabilitating a 20-mile stretch of state route (SR) 70, from post mile (PM) 58.2 to PM 78.4 in Plumas County. In-water work includes repairing, replacing and extending culverts to accommodate for roadway widening. Project activities related to the culvert work include clearing and grubbing of vegetation, installation of temporary stream diversions, and placement of rock slope protection.
