Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has Notification of Lake or Streambed Alteration, EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-14819-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Mendocino County Department of Transportation. The Project proposes to replace the existing corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert with a 42”x60’ smooth-bore high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, reshape the inlet and outlet, and construct a new rock headwall at the inlet.
