Document Description
The Port of Stockton (Port) is proposing to replace a functionally obsolete rail bridge and construct a new lead track to increase the overall efficiency of train operations within the Port. The proposed rail improvements include replacing the obsolete rail bridge with a new expanded bridge, constructing a new lead track and associated modifications, constructing a new rail underpass, and constructing a new rail classification yard. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 20-year General Lease – Public Agency Use through April 3, 2044.
