Document Description
Project to capture, treat and infiltrate stormwater from various land uses and infiltrate water to contribute to groundwater recharge and replenishment of local aquifers. Proposed diversion structure will be located within the channel to capture
runoff conveyed by existing drainage system. Once stormwater fills the chamber, flows will continue as the do under existing conditions down the Charter Oak Wash located on the southern portion of Wingate Park during a storm. Above ground
recreational facilities will be restored upon completion of subsurface infrastructure installation.
