Document Description
A Conditional Use Permit and Minor Site Development Permit for the development and operation of a 44,088-square foot private preschool and elementary school. The Stratford School will renovate an existing 44,088-square foot vacant building and construct 12 preschool/ prekindergarten classrooms, four kindergarten classrooms, and four first and second grade elementary school classrooms with a total of 480 students and 56 staff. In addition, the Project includes a multi-purpose hall, administrative block comprised of offices, conference room, work room, and breakroom for the teachers, and two playgrounds. A Conditional Use Permit is required for the proposed school use.
