Skyline Segment This is the area along Skyline Blvd. and its surroundings, including Larkspur Drive and Ridgewood Drive as they run east into the central parts of the city. The streets connect with the City of San Bruno to the north and Burlingame to the south. This CEQA submission does not include areas along Skyline Blvd. that are in the Caltrans Right of Way. Eastern Segment This is the area in downtown Millbrae that is centered around the business district and transportation corridors that cross El Camino Real and head east toward Highway 101. These are Hillcrest Blvd., Center St., Millbrae Ave., and Murchison Ave. The north-south running streets include San Anselmo Ave, Aviador Ave., Hemlock Ave., Monterey St., and Magnolia Ave. These streets connect with the City of San Bruno to the north and Burlingame to the south.
