The project will enhance fisheries habitat by preserving and increasing stream flows East Weaver Creek. The project will reduce sediment input and improve road drainage by upgrading 2-4 culverts. The project is not growth inducing and will not expand WCSD capacity or water demand. The project does not have any significant or cumulatively considerable environmental impacts. The project will not cause adverse effects on human beings. The project will not adversely affect a state scenic highway, cultural, natural, or historic resources, federal or state listed species or species proposed for listing, jurisdictional wetlands, or riparian zones.
