Document Description
Install trash receptacles and one ADA compliance double vault toilet that is a modern and vandal resistant design at the Stone Lagoon north parking lot in Humboldt Lagoons SP. Work will include:
Excavate an approximately 13 feet, by 16 feet, up to 4 feet deep hole for the restroom vault;
Install a van accessible concrete parking pad approximately 18 feet by 17 feet and concrete path in front of the building. The edges of the concrete will be backfilled with site spoils to provide a smooth transition to the surrounding topography. Excavation will be limited to removing the topsoil, which is mostly sand, and will be spread around the surrounding area. Install and compact 4 inches of aggregate in front of the restroom covering an area 3 feet wide by 8 feet long to make a smooth transition from the restroom to the surrounding parking area. Pour a 3 feet by 2 feet concrete pad and attach predator proof trash and recycling containers.
