A reduced project from the original MND, to develop the project site with a new 160,450-square-foot self-storage facility, consisting of two structures. Building A would be 30-foot tall structure constructed on the northern portion of the site and it would be a 51,500-square-foot building with an 812-square-foot office and 385 self-storage units. Building B would be a 45-foot tall structure built on the southern portion of the site and it would be a 108,950-square-foot building with 729 self-storage units.
