Document Description
The project is in response to a Notice of Violation issued by the County of Napa in 2016 for illegal cannabis cultivation and earthmoving work completed by the previous landowner. The project is limited to decommissioning 8 ephemeral stream crossings, 1 instream head cut, 3 earthen pads (created for cannabis cultivation), 2 off-stream
ponds, and approximately 0.67 miles of access roads impacting unnamed streams. The project will restore a total of 0.99 acres of habitat.
