Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement, EPIMS-SIS-18414-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Siskiyou Telephone Company, as represented by Carl Eastlick. Project 1 is limited to the horizontal direction drilling (HDD) of a bore path under Mill Creek through which 5-inch high density polyethylene (HDPE) conduit and underground fiber optic cable will be placed. An AT40 Ditchwitch directional drill machine will be used to bore the underground path. Project 2 is limited to the HDD of a bore path under Kuntz Creek through which 5-inch HDPE conduit and underground fiber optic cable will be placed. An AT40 Ditchwitch directional drill machine will be used to bore the underground path. The projects are connected to several ongoing projects conducted by Siskiyou Telephone Company along the Highway 96 corridor.
