The project proposes the sale of diesel fuel strictly for standard passenger (class C) vehicles in conjunction with a future 2 ,960 square foot ?-Eleven convenience store with a 1,340 sq. ft. fueling canopy with six (6) fueling positions at a 0.52-acre site located at 6090 Long Beach Boulevard. The proposed Project includes ancillary improvements including new landscaping, a redeveloped surface parking lot with seventeen (17) parking spaces, new parking lot light standards, trash enclosure, and signage.

The project site is presently developed has diesel fuel station and has no value as habitat, would not result in significant effects on the environment as documented in attached reports and findings, and would be served by all required utilities and public services.
