Document Description
The project consists of demolition, construction, and renovation of buildings and campus facilities on the 200-acre campus in five phases over 30 years. The proposed project would involve demolition of approximately 229,000 square feet of existing buildings and facilities, construction of approximately 397,000 square feet of new buildings, and renovation and repurposing of approximately 148,000 square feet of existing buildings. The proposed project would also provide various outdoor space improvements, athletic fields improvement, and ADA and site improvements.
