Document Description
DWR will work with Contractors to upgrade the structural fish diversion louver panel support system in Bay 5 of Skinner Fish Facility. The upgrade requires metal supports that will be assembled mechanically on-site by the contractor. The louver panel in Bay 5 will remain in place while contractor divers perform underwater installation of the supports onto the existing louver. Staging will be on paved road surfaces. All work will be within DWR’s existing right of way.
