Document Description
The proposed project includes the new construction of a new 27.9 acre public park in Magalia, Butte County, California. The park would involve the construction of a 4,200 square foot multipurpose community center with a 675 square foot bathroom building attached, 3,810 square feet of bathroom areas and 115 square feet of office space/electrical closet/corridors. The site will be connected to Lakeridge Circle via an asphalt drive aisle which will lead to 150 gravel parking spaces. A concrete sidewalk will connect site facilities including a basketball court, a tot lot, an adventure play area, group picnic areas with shade structures, a playground, an amphitheater and a climbing boulder. The concrete trail will attach to natural trails, bike trails and crushed basalt trails.
