Document Description
The project is a State Highway Operation and Protection Program safety project that proposes several types of highway safety improvements to State Route 17 between post miles 3.2 to 3.7 and in selected segments between post miles 8.85 and 11.27 in Santa Cruz County. Improvements include placement of high friction surface treatment, pavement rehabilitation, beyond-the-gore paving assets with high contrast surface treatments, and installation of two traffic count stations.
