Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SBR-16078-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison as represented by Hazem Gabr. The project is limited to the replacement of an aging and damaged infrastructure along 11 miles of the HavasuLanding-Whipple 66-kV subtransmission line prior to in-service failure. This includes upgrading the alignment by replacing existing wood poles, in some cases with more durable tubular steel poles (TSPs), and by reconductoring the subtransmission line. Activities subject to Fish and Game Code section 1602 include the removal and replacement of 11 deteriorated poles, associated infrastructure (i.e., guy wires/anchors), and cable along the subtransmission alignment.
