Reasons for Exemption
There will be a minor alteration to the exterior of an existing commercial building by constructing a 2,500 square foot outdoor play area directly adjacent to the building which will be enclosed with a five-foot tall wrought-iron fence. The new play area does not expand the existing footprint of the building which will be occupied by a new day care facility.
