The Madrone and Palo Seco Pumping Plants are located at Joaquin Miller Reservoir property off of Robinson Drive and Rubin Drive in the Oakland Hills northeast of Highway 13. EBMUD’s property is surrounded by a dense residential neighborhood. All pumping plant and regulator work will be completed within existing EBMUD Property, and the installation of 2,500 feet pipeline will be completed in the public right-of-way in Robinson Drive, Butters Drive, and Crestmont Drive in Oakland, CA. The Madrone Reservoir and temporary Madrone Regulator are located off of Balmoral Drive, between Hillcrest Court and Skyline Blvd, adjacent to Skyline High School. All work will be completed within EBMUD Property.
