Fifteen (15) A-Type 3: "Outdoor" licenses: Outdoor cultivation for adult-use cannabis without the use of light deprivation and/or artificial lighting in the canopy area at any point in time. The applicant proposes 15 acres of canopy within approximately 25.8 acres (1,123,848 sq. ft.) of cultivation area. The proposed project would include using an existing barn as an onsite nursery.

The project will occur on a 302.4 acre property. The site is accessed from Ogulin Canyon Road, east a Clearlake, CA, approximate 1 mile east of the intersection of State Highway 53 with Ogulin Canyon Road. The cultivation area proposed will consist of approximately 25.8-acres. Cultivation would be secured with a 6-foot fence and locked gates.
