The project is located on I-80 from the I-80/Kidwell Road Interchange in Solano County, through Yolo County, to the W. El Camino Interchange; also, on US 50 from the I-80/US50 Interchange to the I5/US 50 Interchange in Sacramento County. The project would construct improvements consisting of a High Occupancy Toll (HOT) 3+ lane in each direction with direct connectors, pedestrian/bicycle facilities, park-n-ride, and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) elements.
