Construct improvements consisting of a High Occupancy Toll 3+ lane in each direction with direct connectors, pedestrian/bicycle facilities, park-n-ride, and Intelligent Transportation System elements including ramp meters, fiber-optic conduit and cables, and overhead signs. Drainage modifications would be required due to median reconstruction in the locations to which sheet flow currently drains on US 50 and I-80, in Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo Counties.
