Document Description
The applicant proposes to replace a 90-foot-long security fence that requires removal and replacement of a maximum of 7 concrete-anchored post pilings, 60 linear feet of galvanized metal chain link fencing and appurtenances within the intertidal and subtidal waters of San Diego Bay. At the time of construction, the replacement fence line may be straightened, which could result in a shorter length and fewer post pilings. The construction will occur during low tide on the exposed mudflat/riprap-armored shoreline, which will be restored prior to the next flooding tide.
