Document Description
This project is to enhance in stream habitat for the benefit of endangered coho salmon by releasing approximately 0.1 cfs of water from the Camp Meeker pipeline into Dutch Bill Creek. This release will be similar to releases conducted in 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019 & 2020. Partners include Gold Ridge RCD and Trout Unlimited.

Reasons for Exemption
The proposed dedication of instream flow will temporarily improve the condition of instream habitat in Dutch Bill Creek, and would not consume an additional water above that already authorized under Permit 21198. The project will use existing facilities plus a small temporary 2" pipe. The project will enhance fish habitat and disturb no new acreage.
