Document Description
The Proposed Project includes minor modifications to the Option 2 aquatics and recreational center that was approved in 2021. The proposed project includes (1) addition of rooftop and carport-style solar; (2) removal of additional Western Joshua Trees; (3) widening of the paved driveway along the northern drive aisle and improve the driveway at Palm Avenue; (4) flexible outdoor event space and performance area; (5) the addition 5,725 square feet to the proposed aquatics and recreational center building (and general change in siting and design of the building); and (6) outdoor lounging and outdoor activity deck on the south side of the building (relocated from north side).
On May 7, 2024, the Town awarded the construction contract for the Proposed Project to Robert Clapper Construction Services, Inc.
