Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-LAS-55987-R1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Clear Creek Community Services District represented by Nicolette Monroney. The project consists of the upgrade of the Clear Creek Community Services District (CCCSD) water system to provide adequate fire flow and alleviate distribution-system water quality problems. In order to achieve these objectives, the scope of work includes the following: • Rehabilitation of the existing spring house. • Rehabilitation and replacement of the supply pipe. • Construction of a new pump station. • Construction of a new 390,000-gallon storage tank.
