Document Description
The City of Coalinga proposes to construct Class 1 paved multi-use pathway along Lucille and Monterey Avenue. The paved trail will be 10' wide with 4' of crushed stone for walking and jogging to one side and 2' of drainage on the other. This project will also provide Class 4 bike facilities where Class 1 multi-use pathway is not feasible. There will ne no ROW acquisition or tree removal. Some vegetation removal is expected.
