The scope of work is to install new backplates with retro-reflective sheeting, install retro-reflective sheeting to existing backplates, and install Signal Ahead (W-3) signs along with "SIGNAL AHEAD" pavement markings in advance of traffic signals. This project is needed to prevent or mitigate the loss or impairment of life, health, property, or essential services.
