Notice of Exemption for Ordinance No. 4491 - This ordinance amends portions of Chapter 6.36 and Chapter 20.243 of County Code. Amendments include the removal of church as a sensitive receptor, revisions to the manufacturing use type to allow for shared-use facilities, revisions to the retail use type to clarify existing regulations and add regulations for cannabis tourism, lodging, farm tours and farmer’s markets, revisions to the zoning table for manufacturing and distributor uses, the addition and modification of definitions to better align with State regulations, and the elimination of obsolete sections.
