Document Description
The Project consists of the design , engineering and construction of a new 12-un it affordable housing development un its located on the south side of Douglas Street, approximately 250 feet west of McCray Street (zoned R-3 , Parcel Number: 112-100-21 ). The units will be one-bedroom, and all the units will target persons experiencing homelessness with incomes less than 50%, 60%, and 80% of AMI. With the HOME-CHOO funding , one-third of the units will be rented for $515 per month , six- units rented at $670 per month , and two non-HOME units at $754 per month targeted to voucher holders . The site is close to amenities , including public transit, grocery stores, a pharmacy and parks.
