The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SIS-44441-R1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Callahan Water District. The project is limited to activities associated with 1) the diversion of water from Boulder Creek at a single point of diversion, 2) maintenance and operation of this diversion, and 3) immediate water improvements in the first year of the project (anticipated 2024).
