Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Water System Improvement Project. The Project includes the replacement of old and undersized waterlines, installation of water meters, meter boxes and service lines; installation of fire hydrants; installation of a new water intake structure with a fish screen at the District’s existing water diversion point in Boulder Creek; improvements to the water treatment plant to bring the treatment process into compliance with current surface drinking water standards; improvements to the existing in-ground concrete water storage reservoirs; and construction of a new above-ground welded steel water tank and associated access road improvements.
