Notice of exemption for approval of project grant funding. For Phase 6 of the Integrated Watershed Restoration Program (IWRP) the Resource Conservation Districts for Santa Cruz, San Mateo, and Monterey Counties will plan, design, and prepare permit applications for a minimum of 23 multi-benefit watershed restoration projects to support the recovery of listed species and water quality improvement.
