Document Description
The authorized Project Activities conditionally allowed under this Agreement involve the installation of a three-and-a-half-inch diameter high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe encased within a six-and-a-half-inch diameter HDPE pipe underneath the Cole Slough Canal via horizontal directional drilling, and the installation of the three-and-a-half-inch HDPE pipe to the bridge deck at the Kings River Bridge (Bridge No. 46-0267).
