The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20, Section 66270.40, is issuing a Post Closure Permit Renewal for the Aerojet Rocketdyne Inc. (Aerojet). Aerojet will install one additional monitoring well as required by the Post-Closure Permit to continue to monitor groundwater.
