Document Description
The project includes the replacement of the existing 75-foot tall beacon tower and telecommunications shelter. The new tower and telecommunication shelter will be constructed adjacent to the existing tower within a 3,600 square-foot area. New radio equipment will replace the existing equipment and extension of electrical and telecommunications lines will be required to serve the new tower and equipment building. One of the existing antenna will be relocated to an existing microwave tower south of the Economy Lot. All construction will occur within previously disturbed areas and once the new tower and antennas are up and functioning the old beacon tower and conex box will be removed.
