Document Description
Project involves addition of 60k gallon settling/clarifier tank prior to existing water plant and 10k gallon clearwell tank after existing water plant to increase chlorine contact coefficient and reduce chlorine by-product production. There is no increase in plant capacity, no new ponds or sludge production and project involves minimal soil disturbance while significantly increasing drinking water quality and reducing water waste and power usage. Project sites are not located in sensitive environments, there are no known cumulative effects, no significant impacts to environmental, historical, or scenic resources, nor are sites located on hazardous waste sites.
