Application for the grant funding and implementation of the Unserved/Underserved Victim Advocacy & Outreach Program for the County of Humboldt. The Unserved/Underserved Victim Advocacy & Outreach Program is to provide continued increased access to comprehensive and culturally appropriate services for victims and witnesses of all types of violent crimes, pursuant to California Penal Code section 13835, in the unserved/underserved populations within the County of Humboldt.

Pursuant to Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15378(b)(4) of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations, it has been determined that the Unserved/Underserved Victim Advocacy and Outreach Program is not subject to CEQA review since it consists of "government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment." (§15378(b)(4).)
