Document Description
Class 3 Categorical Exemption. The City of Buellton will clear a 10-foot wide strip of land along the southern property line of parcel APN 137-241-010 (381 Thumbelina Dr.) for the installation of a new 365-foot long 6-foot tall wood fence. The new fence will run east/west along the north side of Highway 246 where a Eucalyptus tree grove was recently removed by Caltrans. The fence will be located away from the shoulder of the road, within the Caltrans right-of-way, and on the south side of the property owner's existing chain link fence.
