The Project includes the sloping of the norther bank of Spanish creek and the placement of vegetated clean, rock, rip rap. The existing access road on the south bank of Spanish Creek will need to have vegetation trimmed to access the creek bed. The vegetation will be trimmed only to the extent necessary to access the south side of Spanish creek.
