The Project is limited to maintenance activities within Town Creek as well as within constructed ditches, drainage channels, and a modified stream channel that discharges to Horse Creek. Maintenance of the precipitation, diversion, and drainage facilities of the Rising Star Waste Rock Containment Facility is required by the Title 27 permit issued for the Facility (Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. R5-2005-0096).
