Document Description
The purpose of this proposed project is to prevent vehicles from leaving the paved roadway & reduce the number and severity of run-off-road collisions. The existing outer separation distance between both directions of SR 13 to the adjacent frontage roads are nonstandard. Work involves installing outer separation barriers on the outside shoulders of SR 13, as well as installing shoulder rumble strips and thermoplastic striping along both the outside and inside shoulders for traffic safety enhancement.
