Document Description
The project is a request to create two parcels of 54.8± and 60.6± gross acres in size from a 115.4± gross acre parcel, in the A-2-40 (General Agriculture) zoning district. The proposed parcels will continue to be used for almond orchards. The Hetch Hetchy aqueduct bisects the southern portion of the existing parcel and is further discussed under the Issues section of this report.
