Document Description
The Marin Municipal Water District proposes to rehabilitate and operate the Kasatnia Pump Station (KPS) to address the emergency drought conditions. Minor modifications include refurbishment and operation of one of the existing pump sets, installation of approximately 220 linear feet of 30-inch yard piping and a 6-foot by 8-foot flowmeter vault, and resurfacing of existing driveway. Construction will take approximately 3 months and occur in late November 2021 thru January 2022. To complete the rehabilitation, the Distirct will need to execute a lease, license, or property transfer with Sonoma Water. This will occur prior to the start of construction.
